On the camera...

It's been a while! Here we are at the end of the month, and there's not really an awful lot to show for the last few weeks... nevertheless, here's what was on the camera...

Playdoh!... making 'ice cream'...
... and Mr & Mrs Potato...

... some pictures from our visit to ThinkTank in Birmingham with our Hartlebury Helpers history club, where the kids were doing some consultancy work for ThinkTank... always nice to get a free trip somewhere!

... on the bridge at the Severn Valley Country Park, and waiting patiently for our Pooh Sticks to emerge (it's a long way down so it takes a while!)...

... there's something hugely appealing about Teasels to me!

... steam train steaming into Highley in the distance...
... they are in there - can you see them?!
... kids + slopes = an opportunity to roll!

... end of term outing for Bubs and I, to a ceramics workshop in Bewdley. Bubs painted a handbag money box, and I painted a jug...

... celebrating the end of term (yes, that is to be celebrated - we LOVE the holidays!) AND me passing my exam (yay!) with a Pizza Hut meal and an ice cream at Bewdley...

... playing at a park we found, and watching a game of cricket...

... improving our teamwork skills by working on a Jigmap jigsaw together...

... finally...

... finally we have a new camera, and I've worked out how to use it (mostly!). Here's a round up for what's been going on...

... pizza hut with daddy... (Spike has decided he won't smile for the camera any more, just stare!)

... damselfly...

... first peas from the garden...

... a day out to Cadbury World with daddy... the kids had won a family ticket worth £42 to here and we had been waiting to use it... an unexpected visit from daddy and a day off school for Spike meant chocolate over-load!...

... watching football at Grama and Grampas... trying to be patriotic, but England did not play well in any of their games really!

... soeme gruesome puzzling...

... Bubs and I have been watching The Victorian Farm, and since the farm is only an hours drive from us, we decided to go and visit it... It was an interesting place, and we saw some lovely buildings and animals and 'things', and we saw some of the equipment used in the filming and some of the places they worked, and we saw Clumper the Shire horse... we were, however, very disappointed that we could not see the cottage that the folk renovated or the pig sty that they built... but it was a lovely day out for us anyway...

... on the way home we stopped to take in the magnificant view of the Shropshire countryside, from Clee Hill...

... a field full of poppies - sadly nearly all over by the time we got round to visiting it, but the pictures in the local paper have been stunning...

... up the Clent Hill...

... Baptismal service at church...

... Fellowship picnic, on one of the not-so-warm-and-sunny Sunday days!
