The week started with a visit from our good friends, stopping over for 2 nights - what a treat!
We went to the Severn Valley Country Park, to show a little of where we live... the day turned out better than we'd all imagined weather-wise and it was stunning there.
A treat at Pizza Hut... and yummy desserts of course!
Some more sunflowers out at the top of the garden... these are much stronger than the ones I planted in tubs, as their roots can go down deeper. They're very jolly.
An open day at the Magistrates Court in Kidderminster, 'celebrating' 100 years... we went and saw a Mock-up of a 2009 Youth Court and a Mock-up of a 1909 one... vastly different! All very interesting. We also had a tour of the cells and prison van; the kids got to sit in the Magistrate's seat, and stand in the Docks, and Bubbles had an Electronic Tag put on (and later taken off!!).
New glasses!
Creating with Sculpey... Spike made robots and space ships... Bubbles and I made buttons, and she made Mr Crabs (of Spongebob) too!
The Clent Hills... lovely (but short!) walk, amazing views. The kids had fun on a log while the grown-ups sipped tea!
