We headed for Avoncroft, to see a bit of re-enactment to do with the Wars of the Roses, and for a look around...
Bubs in the Mission Hall... they use it for CofE services from time to time now...
Bubs and Grama in the windmill... Spike refused to go up! But I managed to get a sneaky of picture of him whilst we waited for the others to come down...
The soldiers drilling... it was fun to watch, and a little scary too when they came charging toward us! The place is so much more fun to walk around when there are folk in period costumes wandering around - it makes it come to life more...
... tut tut... naughty girl!
They always have most fun in the telephone kiosks, phoning each other up!
A fun ride on a wee train... this wasn't open last time we went, so a nice treat...
... some beautiful blossom... no idea what it is, but it was all over the place and the bees were really enjoying it!
