Today my wonderful friend Ingrid turns 30 - Happy Birthday! Trouble is, that means that I finally have to recognise that I am actually well *over* 30 now! I have been able to kid myself that I was also still in my 20's since Ing and I became friends (6+ years ago), because she was in her 20's and I didn't *feel* any older than her! Ah well, time to gracefully accept my real age now, and recognise that time doesn't stand still!
