Simple Saturday

Civil War Re-enactment at our History Club. Very interesting... History is great when it comes alive! We also got to see the 'Carriage Circle' at Hartlebury Castle, which isn't normally open to the public, and this side of the Castle.

5 Minute Chocolate Cake In A Mug

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp plain flour
4 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Egg
3 Tbsp milk
3 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
small splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:
~Add dry ingredients to a coffee mug, and mix well
~Add the egg and mix thoroughly
~Pour in the milk and oil and mix well
~Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract (IF using) and mix again
~Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes (based on 1000 watts). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out.
