Simple Saturday

Went through to Holytown to see Grandad and a lot of the McNally clan.

Bubbles & Spike with their favourite cousins (they have about 30 cousins on the McNally side! Many of them are a lot older, and some have their own families!)

5 Minute Chocolate Cake In A Mug

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp plain flour
4 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Egg
3 Tbsp milk
3 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
small splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:
~Add dry ingredients to a coffee mug, and mix well
~Add the egg and mix thoroughly
~Pour in the milk and oil and mix well
~Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract (IF using) and mix again
~Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes (based on 1000 watts). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out.
