Slight change to stocking fillers

After waking one night and considering the challenge it might be on Christmas morning with both kids clambering to watch *their* dvd from their stocking... I decided to replace it with a Cd again... and they had the gift of the dvds today, which has worked well!

For Bubbles, her music Cd is Smooth Classics from Classic Fm.

For Spike, his music Cd Classic Fm at the Movies.

5 Minute Chocolate Cake In A Mug

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp plain flour
4 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Egg
3 Tbsp milk
3 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
small splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:
~Add dry ingredients to a coffee mug, and mix well
~Add the egg and mix thoroughly
~Pour in the milk and oil and mix well
~Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract (IF using) and mix again
~Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes (based on 1000 watts). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out.
~This can serve 2
