I have been thinking about James 1v5 today "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (emphasis mine) I need wisdom for so many things, in so many situations... my inadequacy is great. My commentary says 'God has wisdom in abundance available for those who seek it.' I'm glad there is this abundance! Proverbs 2 shows me that in seeking wisdom my ear must be attentive and I must incline my heart to understanding... I talk too much - hard as it is to believe! I mean I talk too much when I'm talking to my Lord... if I'm going to ask for Wisdom, I need to listen to what the Lord says.
